press-bird.jpgWhat's Twitter?  It's an increasingly popular micro-blogging platform that allows people to share their thoughts, ideas--anything--140 characters at a time.  President Barack Obama twittered during his campaign.  Representative John Boozman also twitters.

The FPS Community Blog can be found on Twitter at http://twitter.com/fayar.

I follow @HouseFloor and @SenateFloor, the Twitter accounts for the US House of Representatives and the US Senate. @SkyNWA offers local weather, while @BBCNews and @ESPN keep me informed.

@DarthVader is good for a laugh.

Some good ones mentioned. Now following @fayar. Of course, I follow you, Mr. @g.
And I recently started following your esteemed colleague @Alan_Wilbourn.
Longtime local blogger/podcaster James Spencer can be followed at @basicbrewing.
Several W-M and Tyson folks now connected. Shameless self-plug: @ederdn or @TysonFoods They'll follow almost anyone back. ;-)

I follow @zappos and @starbucks to see great examples of large corporations "getting it." Following @levarburton, @brookeburke, and @MCHammer just for fun. Following @andersoncooper and @nytimes for news. Following @garyvee, @tonyrobbins, and @tferriss for inspiration!

I find Twitter is a great way to keep up to date with people and information in many different realms. Some of those I follow are @ijmcampaigns and @sojourners for social issues, @cnnbrk and @nytimeskristof for news, @esvdaily for inspiration, @leadershiptips for ideas, and @the_real_shaq for entertainment.
