onlinesurvey.pngThe We Support Survey is designed to provide FPS with an understanding of the expectations and perceptions our community has about our district and student learning.  The survey results, which are anonymous, are tabulated by the Successful Practices Network and reported back to us.

The survey will be administered June 6-June 20, 2011. The purpose of the survey:

  • This survey asks parents and community members what they think about the school district, the administration, the board, and the schools.  This is a district-level survey; data will not be disaggregated by school.
  • The survey will be used to gauge effectiveness of the district's interaction with and support from the parents of our students and the community at large.  It will provide the benchmark data needed for the district's strategic communication plan.  The survey will be re-administered in 2012 and 2013.

Community members should remember these key points when taking this survey:

  • Your district is interested in your opinions in order to improve teaching and learning in the schools. Survey results will be shared with you at a later date.
  • You should think about your perceptions and expectations of the school district overall.
  • Your input is important to us as we continually strive to make this district better for our students.
  • The We Support survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete.
  • Your answers will be anonymous.  Do not put your name on the survey.
  • Please answer all questions honestly.
Thank you for your participation!
