library-road.pngAs part of the ongoing transformation of Fayetteville High School, the FHS Library will close on Friday, March 2 and begin the move to its temporary home in the GBR (Great Big Room). To commemorate the occasion, the library will hold a FHS Library: Messages of Remembrance on March 2. Students and staff are invited to drop by during the school day to leave a message of remembrance on the library walls. The public is invited to visit from 4 to 6 pm.

"Over the years many students and teachers have discovered that the library was more than just a place to check out books," said FHS librarian Cassandra Barnett.  "It's been a refuge, a place to explore new ideas, to experience great programming, meet with friends and much more.  We hope that former students and teachers will drop by and share their memories of what the FHS Library has meant to them."
